Refunds and returns

All products on the website are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on material availability and the creative process. Generally, shipping occurs within 3 days of the order; if times exceed 15 days, the customer will be promptly informed.

Any slight variations, imperfections, or differences from the images are not defects but inherent characteristics of handcrafted work and do not entitle the customer to returns or refunds.

Returns are accepted exclusively in case of a product damaged during transport or not conforming to the order received, subject to notification within 48 hours of delivery and verification.

Placing an order implies acceptance of the production times and the handcrafted characteristics of the product. Any requests for variation or customization will extend the production time and do not entitle the customer to returns or refunds.
