Shipments are made from Italy or Portugal, depending on product availability and stock.

Preparation and shipping times may vary depending on the artisanal nature of the creations and the availability of materials. The times indicated are to be considered as approximate and not binding.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Any delays due to the courier or causes beyond our control are not attributable to the seller.

For shipments to non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, any customs duties, taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
